THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

A seemingly small change in coir grade, format or preparation can affect the intended application.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Identify the original approved specification and the requested change.
  2. Ask which price, timing, packing or performance assumptions are affected.
  3. Confirm who has accepted the revised version and retire the old instructions.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

What has changed?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

Quantity only

Confirm whether packing and delivery arrangements also need updating.

Grade or treatment

Review whether the original trial still supports the revised material.

Dimensions or artwork

Approve a revised drawing or proof rather than relying on a verbal change.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Keep one current order version with a short change history.

Keep in mind

Do not allow different teams to work from conflicting versions of the specification.
