THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

The trial proves performance only for the tested material and conditions, not every product carrying the same name.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Record the approved trial batch, grade, treatment and format.
  2. Ask whether the commercial production process and packing will match the sample.
  3. Agree receipt checks and a limited initial rollout before committing the entire growing area.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

Has anything changed since the trial?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

Same specification

Confirm the matching details in the commercial order and retain the trial report.

Different format or grade

Evaluate the change separately before treating it as an equivalent replacement.

Supplier cannot trace the sample

Request a traceable production sample and clarify which specification will be supplied.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Link the approved trial record to the purchase specification and receiving checklist.

Keep in mind

Do not assume a successful trial removes the need for commercial batch checks.
