THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

A torn wrapper, crushed unit and wet contamination are different problems and require different assessments.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Photograph pallet condition, labels and the specific affected packages.
  2. Separate damaged units from intact stock while keeping their identity.
  3. Check whether the damage changes product cleanliness, quantity or usability.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

What type of damage is visible?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

Outer wrapping only

Inspect the inner units and document whether their packaging remains intact.

Crushed or broken units

Assess whether the agreed quantity and handling performance can still be met.

Wet or contaminated packages

Hold the affected stock and seek supplier guidance before introducing it to production.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Report the facts with unit counts and photographs through the agreed delivery process.

Keep in mind

Do not assume all damage is cosmetic or that every unit on the pallet is unusable.
