THE COCOPEAT CONNECTION

Why the root zone matters

Coir quality records are easier to investigate when the goods remain connected to their original labels and packing.

01 / OBSERVE

Three checks before you change anything

  1. Compare product description, quantity and batch labels with the order.
  2. Photograph overall load condition and any visible damage before unpacking.
  3. Identify a representative sample for the agreed acceptance checks.

02 / NARROW IT DOWN

What do you notice?

Choose the closest observation for a suggested next check.

Labels and quantity match

Record receipt and move the material into the designated storage area.

Visible packing damage

Separate affected units and document the extent before use.

Wrong or unclear product

Hold the identified material and request clarification before mixing it with accepted stock.

03 / TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Leave with something useful

Create a dated receiving record with photos, counts and the person responsible.

Keep in mind

Do not lose the evidence by immediately discarding labels or mixing batches.
