Catalogue requests
When you request the catalogue, this website securely records your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, selected interest, consent choices, request time and catalogue download time for Teral. These details are used to provide the catalogue and follow up on your request. Product updates are optional and are recorded separately.
A temporary, essential browser cookie enables your PDF download for one hour. It contains a random access token, not your contact information. Download tokens are stored as hashes. Catalogue leads are not published on the website.
Contact enquiries
The separate quotation form prepares a message in your email application or WhatsApp. You review and send it there. Those messages are handled by your selected provider and by Teral when received.
Retention and your choices
Contact Sales team at sales@teral.in to request access, correction or deletion of catalogue enquiry information, or to stop product updates. Request records are retained for enquiry management until no longer needed or deletion is requested, subject to applicable obligations.
Planning tools and external services
The product finder and calculator run in your browser. Product choices may pass between pages in the link address. Do not include sensitive information in these planning fields. Font files load from Google Fonts. The site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and its infrastructure providers to deliver pages and store catalogue requests. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the provider’s own privacy terms also apply. No advertising pixels are added to this website.
Language and regional preferences
We use approximate country information provided by our hosting service and your browser language to select a regional homepage. We do not request your precise location. When you choose a language, a functional cookie named teral_language remembers that choice for up to one year. You can change it using the language menu or delete it through your browser settings. This language feature does not send your location or browsing content to a third-party translation service.
Client feedback and videos
When you submit feedback, we store your contact details, answers, publication choices and any uploaded video privately for review. We use your submission only within the permission you select. Your email is not published. We may contact you about your feedback. Request removal or change your permission by emailing sales@teral.in with your submission reference.
Anonymous customer feedback
You may submit written feedback without your name, email, company or country. In anonymous mode, these identity fields are not collected with your submission. We store your comments, selected product, optional business context, usage permission, submission reference and time, and an anonymous-submission flag. Anonymous submissions cannot include video. Avoid identifying details in your comments. If approved for public use, feedback is labelled “Anonymous customer”; publication is never automatic. Hosting services may process ordinary technical request data, so this option is not a guarantee of technical untraceability. Keep your reference if you wish to ask us to remove your feedback.
