Choose your buffered format

• 5 kg blocks: nominal 65–75 L and 90–100 L expansion options, specified by grade.
• 50 L loose media: buffered peat and buffered peat with perlite options.
• Buffered growbags and slabs: crop-specific dimensions and opening layouts.
• Open-top bags: buffered peat in 1, 1.5 and 2 US gallon formats.

Buffering and low EC answer different questions

Washing addresses soluble salts. Buffering conditions the coir’s exchange sites. A low EC reading alone does not confirm buffering: agree the treatment and relevant analysis alongside EC and pH. Read the washed, low EC and buffered grade comparison.

Build a specification you can compare

• Product format, quantity and crop or blending application.
• EC limit with extraction method, units and sample preparation.
• pH method; sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium analysis where required, stating whether the result is soluble or exchangeable.
• Particle grade, moisture basis and expanded-volume method.
• Pack weight, pallet arrangement, destination and shipping terms.
